Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") carefully before using the Fixoxi Kunopu Financial Sensei platform and services operated by Fixoxi Kunopu Financial Sensei ("us," "we," or "our").

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fixoxi Kunopu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fixoxi Kunopu and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
